publish.windowsazure.com throws SecurityTokenException: ID4175

Does any one know why we can't log into our Azure publish portal? Following is the error we get as soon we login:

ID4175: The issuer of the security token was not recognized by the IssuerNameRegistry. To accept security tokens from this issuer, configure the IssuerNameRegistry to return a valid name for this issuer.
