Cannot connect (RDP) to my new VM

Hello

I have created a brand new Visual Studio 2015 VM.  Started it, clicked on the 'Connect' button to download the RDP file but when I try to connect to the VM, I get a connection error.

The RDP file has got this in it:

Apart from the above I haven't done anything else - do I need to?  I did also try to change the public endpoint from 61611 to 3389 but that didn't help either.  

I have tried connecting from my home Mac, my phone and my work PC.

Any ideas?
