Is there a way to edit a Dashboard Tile Title, without doing so in the json with external editor?

Customer was sent the documentation on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/azure-portal-markdown-tile, however this did not help the customer

The customer also added: “I would like to edit the individual tile's title ("Query1" in the screenshot).”
