I've run into an issue where the account admin of my subscription shows my email, but it says that the account has been deleted or renamed. I've validated that the account does exist in AAD, and that I can log in with my email, yet I cannot update certain
things within my subscriptions. I can view invoices, but cannot change payment methods. On one of the accounts when I log in as the account admin it says I'm straight up unauthorized. I've submitted tickets over this before and Support's usual ending decision
is along the lines of This has bugs, and that they'll look into it, but several days later the ticket gets closed out with no resolution. I'm trying to get my company merged with the new parent company, but this account discrepancy is really preventing a full
merger with uninterrupted services for my clients.
