Transfer MPN credits to another subscription

Hi, 

Is it possible to transfer MPN partner benefits credits from one subscription to another?

The credits we have earned is from the offer called "MS-AZR-0025P", since our company is MPN partners. 
We would like to assign the credits to an existing subscription where we have resources deployed. 

(Note: This is not MSDN credits that only should be used for dev/test)
