How to enable Internet access for Azure VMs?

Hi,

We have created 2 Azure VMs on a virtual network (10.x.y.z) in Azure. The 2 VMs can communicate with one another. I now need to go and download some Microsoft software to install inside the VM, but the VMs do not have Internet access.

So how do we go about setting up Internet access for the Azure based VMs?
