Hi,
I have an issue with an Azure Backup client. The backup failed one night with the following error message:
"Your encryption key has expired. You can generate a new encryption key by providing a new passphrase in the server properties settings of the Azure Backup Agent or by using the ‘Set-OBMachineSetting –EncryptionPassphrase’ cmdlet."
When I try to generate a new encryption key (first downloaded a vault credential) in Azure Backup GUI, I get this message:
"The activation did not complete successfully. Operation is blocked as you have reached the limit on number of operations permitted in 24 hours."
I have disabled the scheduled backup and tried to generate a new encryption key after 24 hours, but I still get the same message.
I need help, has anyone seen this before?
