Provisioning Azure IoT Suite failed

Hi,

I'm trying to instantiate the remote monitoring solution from https://www.azureiotsuite.com in the North Europe region.

This always fails with the following message:

Provisioning failed. Your pre-configured solution didn't provision correctly.

There is a red cross icon next to the IoT Hub component.

On the Azure Portal, Clicking through to the actual error shows this:

• Type
  Microsoft.Devices/Iothubs
• Resource Id
  /subscriptions/********/resourceGroups/iotfptst02/providers/Microsoft.Devices/Iothubs/iotfptst02927a8
• StatusMessage

Any idea how to fix this?
