How to change a V2 (ARM) Virtual Machine size using powershell

Hi All,

After binging for several hours, i cannot find any answer : How to change the VM size of an Azure Resource Manager using Powsershell. The powershell command Set-AzureVMsize is not supported on the Azure Resource Manager mode.
