Azure Enterprise Agreement: How to proceed then ?

Hi All,

My customer has recently acquired an Azure Enterprise Agreement  : Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE)

The contract is visible and active in VLSC

Now, how to proceed ? How to connect to Azure and Create subscriptions....

We followed this to connect to the Azure Enterprise portal, but no customer account has been valid (https://ea.azure.com/)

Please, how to proceed ? Which account to use, is there any further steps ?
