I want to report a bug. The Azure portal seems to allow the creation of General Purpose storage accounts with Premium performance tier. There is no warning or error when this combination is selected. Moreover, the tooltips for the Account Kind and Performance tier do not mention that the "generic purpose" storage account created this way in fact only supports blob storage.

we are testing some databases and apps on azure and got few issues, so decided to buy a support plan through portal and went for Developer Support plan for now. It's been nearly 24 hours and we are still not able to raise support request because the developer support plan we bought is not showing up in the account. we raised an issue with "billing team" and waiting for response because they only work in Pacific Time whereas our company is in UK time zone. Any idea why the support plan is not linked to our account yet?

and I am unable to send in a support request. Any idea on how to get MS to look into this?

I've been told that I need to set the same message across all these accounts in the next few days. When I've poked around in the office 365 admin GUI interface, I don't see a way to do this for multiple users. Only one user at a time. Is there something I'm missing in the GUI or is there a way I can do this via PowerShell? How?
I've also been told that I might need to clear this out of office message on all accounts at a moments notice. So I'd also like to know of a script I could prepare for this scenario.

I am observing odd behavior when browsing Cloud Services (Classic) on portal.azure.com. A larger number of services that have been deleted are still present in the portal. When I attempt to expand the details on them a "Not Found" error message is received. Viewing the same subscription in the legacy portal (manage.windowsazure.com) shows no cloud services associated with the subscription. Similarly the cmdlets doe not list any services when I query.
Is this a caching behavior or bug on portal.azure.com? Is there any way to force an update?
I changed ISPs 2 weeks ago and since then most resources in the portal take a very long time to load and some don't load at all. When a resource fails to load I get a "sqlazureextension failed to load" or "website extension failed to load". I can load all other sites I've tried Netflix, MSDN, Twitter without a problem. So I was wandering if there was a setting or a port that needs to be open for the website to work correctly?

I am managing an azure subscription whereby I have given a right for a resource to one user so that he can access only that resource.
Now I want to customize the azure portal for that users so that none of the services can be seen and he can only view that resource in that azure portal.
What I meant to say the whole portal should be blank except for that particular resource which might be pinned in the dashboard.
Are there any REST API which will help me in accomplishing this task

Being completely new to Azure I am still trying to navigate the different possibilities for monitoring.
I am used with SCOM, and I've read the documentation for Azure Management Pack. This seems to be a good solution focusing on performance counters for the different resources.
I've also seen some videos of the in-built module, "Azure Monitor". This seems module also seems to cover a lot of the monitoring needs.
I guess my question is what to go for and why. And where does OMS come into the picture?

I already subscribed for Microsoft Azure for students using my work/school account and I can directly access the portal using my web browser. The subscription I have is from Microsoft Imagine.

There are all kinds of hints on how to add a credit card, but how do I delete the old one and add a new. We have had an identity theft so I changed numbers on the same card. Now they both show up and I cannot buy points through the store account as it has two card numbers I guess
I have two app service plans - a free on and one on a Standard pricing tier. I have one app service I would like to move from one of those app service plans to the other. I have made sure that (for now) the app service plans and the app service are in the same resource group. The are also all in the same geographical region. However, when I use the 'Change app service plan' option in the app service, I get the message 'No App Service Plans found'. I've tried scaling the Standard one down so that it matches the Free one but it didn't give me the option then either.
Please can someone explain what needs to be done so that I can move one app service to a different app service plan?

I've encouraged a local nonprofit to apply for an Azure grant. Both the Executive Director of that nonprofit and I have created free accounts in an effort to become familiar with Azure. Yesterday, using the ED's credentials I logged into her account and created a Resource Group and invited myself as a Contributor. Today, logging in with ED's credentials I see that no Contributors are listed. Yet if I log in to the Azure Portal as myself I am able to go to the ED's subscription. In fact, there appears nothing in the ED's subscription to suggest that I should have access.
All this stumps me because, when the grant is issued, I want to be able to at least import the template of the Resource Group I created in my free account. Using the ED's credentials I could not even create myself as an AD Global Administrator - I could only be a guest.
Clearly there's a lot more climbing I need to do on the Azure learning curve. Some direction would be greatly appreciated.

In a project, we want vender accounts to be Co-Administrator, but without creat and delete power to all resources.
Can we just change the Co-Administrator roles in power shell? And not use the custom roles.
