Microsoft support removed 3 production cloud services without notification, unable to get support resolution

Hi

I am a UK based user.

We have had a technical issue with the Azure portal, where despite a new Amex card being added, a previous Visa card is being billed. This has led to payment issues.

In attempting to resolve the issue, without notification, three of our Production cloud services have been removed.

We were assured by support that, as Microsoft second line support were working on the issue, that no services would be disabled.

Is there someone I could talk to on the phone? The online support have not updated the ticket (ticket 113062410537531) as they have stated they would for the past week. And this is an issue that has in many ways dragged on for a month or two.

Any advice would be very helpful.
