Asia data performance is low

Hi Team,

we have an application that deployed in Singapore data center, when we access the environment found the performance is slow. 

We tried to deploy same application  in both Asia data center and EMEA data center, and download the same file (6MB) from the two data center to a Asia location.

cost 58s in Asia data center and cost 37s in EMEA data center.

Are the azure platform issue or something else .  Any feedback will be appreciate.
