Cannot register Windows Azure. Once I sing in with my outlook account and put mobile number then it's say "We were unable to verify your account." butwhen I sing in with another email(@hotmail.com) then I can pass step verification with same mobile number.
What is happen with my Outlook account? or How can I register with my Outlook account?
