Web Sites - We couldn't find any items

Using the new portal I can't view any of my Web Sites. The blade just displays the text
"We couldn't find any items :-("

I have tried different browsers as well as different computers. I can view all web sites in the old portal. Looking at my network trace, I see a number of requests getting an HTTP 403 back, e.g. from this URL
"https://websites1.exp.azure.com/api/Websites/ListWebsites"

My Microsoft account is 
magnus (sign) markling.com

Azure support will not help, since the portal is in preview.  Can you please help me out?
