We are happy with Azure and want to upgrade from free trial to pay as you go. I have an active Pay as you go subscription and a disabled Free Trial. The Free Trial has all of the servers.
When I try to upgrade the Free Trial I get the following message:
We are sorry, but we could not complete that operation.
I emailed support and they created the Pay as you go subscription. They told me that if I wanted to continue with the subscription(they did not say which one, but I assume they mean the Free Trial) that I would need to remove the spending limit.
Here are the instructions they sent me
- Log into the Account Portal
- Click on your subscription.
- Click on the ‘Remove Spending Limit’ option.
- Choose ‘Remove spending limit for the current billing period’ and add a payment method.
However, I do not see a 'Remove Spending Limit' option. I have asked support for a screenshot of where I can find the option. They have not responded to me. For the last four days I haves asked them for help. But no response.
Can someone help me. I like the servers we setup. Can I keep them? My credit card info is in the system and is all good. How do I start a paying subscription?
