Portal Support

For three days now I cannot view any objects or create any new objects in the New Portal.    I have tried different browsers and different PC's , I just get a grey screen.  

I tried to raise a ticket with MS as biling but they dont seem interested.  Our subscription is billing only a but the T&C's say break fix support is available for all.  It seems that the portal at least is broken for me , how can I alert MS of this potential bug\issue and get it fixed.
