How to setup point to site VPN in azure

I was setting up client/server application. Server Application exists in Azure VM and I set up RRAS and VPN service for Azure VM server. Client PC application use VPN to connect to Server Application in Azure VM.

But I noticed that there is VPN service in Azure like above.

Azure VPN is usable for alternative for RRAS and VPN server of win2008R2 ?
