How do I subscribe to "paid developer support" for VSO - when one of the technical Support issues I have is that I cannot subscribe to Paid Developer Support?
We tried subscribing to Paid Developer support under a different Azure account - but because the two Azure Accounts did not match, Microsoft Billing kept insisting that it could only talk about the Azure Account that was signed up (I understand the security
issue kind of - but in both cases the UserIds of Admins/coAdmins was the same though who was Account Owner and who as coAdmin was swapped).
When go to subscribe for "Paid Developer Support" - and the instructions tell me to choose the developer support option I want to pay for from the dropdown - the dropdown does not open.
So I'm in a Catch-22: I cannot get Developer Support to help me resolve this account issue because I do not have a paid developer support subscription. And I cannot get a paid developer support subscription without paid developer support
help.
Note this all comes about because I as the CTO set up the Azure Account and I am the Account Owner. but to pay for the extended use of VSO that we needed, we temporarily swapped ownership to my CEO so that she could put the corporate credit card
onto the billing.
Then we swapped ownership back. As this was the ONLY way to get that CC onto the billing for our account.
BUT NOW I cannot add my credit card (as there is already a corporate credit card associated with the account) but because I was not the owner when that was set up - I cannot bill to that card any new capabilities.
This cannot be a new configuration. MANY startups have very limited access to CCs and have cross functional (wearing many hats) responsibiilities.
How do I get MSFT attention to help me pay MSFT more money?
