Azure RMS Template with Microsoft accounts?

Hi everyone,

am I doing something wrong or is it really not possible to assign RMS templates created in the Azure Management Portal to users with Microsoft accounts?

I know that it is possible to share documents with people using Microsoft accounts (via RMS for Individuals) when their mail addresses are selected manually in the RMS sharing application. It would be highly preferable though, to include them in custom templates.
