So the mobile verification is not working for me, tried every possible combination to get the mobile verification working.
In the end I called the telephone number of Microsoft service desk in The Netherlands 020 1500 500. After waiting 15 minutes i get a service desk employee who tells me Azure is not her department but she will
redirect me, after three minutes I get a new servicedesk employee who does not have a clues about what Azure is and does not want to ask her colleagues.
So here I am, just trying to create a simple account. Should this be really that difficult? Or does Microsoft have a new customer stop and wants me to stay at Amazon?
