Nothing works ... at all

I went through the horribly buggy sign up process that has serious security issues (such as taking a credit card number and applying it to the WRONG account.. holy crap). I did finally get in to the new account and absolutely nothing at all works in the management portal. Every single page on every service errors out in some way or another. 

I try to request a support ticket and my only options are "Billing" and "Subscription Management." There isn't a drop down for "nothing at all works" which is what I need.
