We have SharePoint site collections some of our business partners get access to. However, we don't house their AAD accounts. Their company does or in cases where the company doesn't have AAD, the individual users create a MS account on their
own. We only create a guest account on our side to allow their accounts in.
The problem we're running in to is that some of these places don't even know they have Azure AD. Their users run in to password problems and come running to us like we have some control over their tenant. Their local IT department is ignorant of the fact that they now control these accounts and no matter the amount of arguing they can't/won't understand.
Is there a way for someone outside of the organization to find out who is the point of contact or admin listed in another's AAD? If I could find at least a name, email address, or phone number I could point the local IT guys in the right direction to solving their own problem.
