[MS Azure]-Sync Password Policy on-premise To MS Azure

Hi everyone,

I have a question I would like to ask everyone about the following:

When AD On Premise sync with AD Azure , can i change password policy on premise (detail policy: change minimum password 8-character to minimum 10-character) and automatic sysn or overwrite to AD Azure ?
