Need help!
I want to know is there any built-in / custom policy in azure to restrict the user/team members for the particular resource group or subscription level or management group available in the azure ?
If yes can you give me working example?
Because i want to implement it on the production.
Scenario:-
1) restrict the users to create a sql paas databases and azure app service plans(for only this specific resources only).
2) if we implement this administrators only can create a resources for them. if they got restricted due to the error saying that you need to contact administrator.
please help me
