Hi All
Hopefully someone can offer assistance, I have tried to find an answer online (and I am also awaiting a reply via a MS ticket) to this question but thought I would also reach out on here.
We have a ticketing system namely ConnectWise that connects to our non-admin service account helpdesk@ , When users email this the ConnectWise system interacts and automatically creates a ticket.
Since Microsoft forced us to enable baseline policies the CW integrator has stopped working. CW have told us that they DO NOT support authentication for their authenticator so I need to know how to add an exception so that this account is excluded from any baseline or 2FA policies.
Is this possible? I have checked MFA on the user and it shows as disabled but the baseline policy stuff is clearly forcing the account to verify with more info - If I try and login to the account via OWA I get the message "We need more information to verify" etc.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
