Accessing application from one subscription to other subscription

Hi,

I want to access my cloud service application deployed in one subscription to other subscription cloud service. For Ex: if I have an application in one cloud service which have one text box and one button where I will enter some text and click on the button then it has to display that text in other cloud service application which has been deployed in other subscription.
