Is there a best practice for allowing developers (each with their own MSDN subscription and related Azure benefits) to be able to take advantage of Site-to-Site connectivity between their enterprise and Azure? In other words, I would assume a network admin/engineer would set up a site-to-site connection for the company's main Azure account, but can individual developers piggy back on that Site-to-Site connection when using their own MSDN-related Azure accounts for testing?
For example, I want to use my MSDN benefits to create an Azure VM that has access to my company's on-prem servers, but I'm not a network admin. Is this a generally accepted practice?
