Hi guys,
I have a pretty basic question, related notifications for MFA enabled accounts in Azure and to the respective best practices:
How do you handle or manage MFA notifications regarding "special" accounts like service accounts or accounts, used by more then one user?
Sending SMS or using the Authenticator is surely not an option for such accounts. I clearly understand that neither service accounts, nor accounts used by multiple users are according
to best practices when it comes to MFA, but this is surely a use case you have seen or heard of? What about forwarding text messages to a shared mailbox?
Really curious on how you would approach such challenge.
