The azure portal is showing time as AM/PM some places and 24H some places.
When regional format in the portal settings is set to english, time is shown as 24H in grids in activity log and some other places, but with AM/PM in charts and most other grids.
With regional format set to swedish (Svenska/Sverige) time is shown as AM/PM in application insights, but if you put a chart on the dashboard it is shown as 24H. It seems to choose time format by random regardless of the regional format setting, and that is very bad for the 80% of people in the world that are not using AM/PM.
There should be a [Use 24H time format] checkbox in the portal settings instead of the regional settings mess there is now.
