An Azure AD Joined "Windows 10 Pro" PC to does not allow the "Sync your settings" (in Win10) to work.

On any of our Windows-10-Pro PCs that have been joined to Azure AD, the "Sync your settings" in Windows 10 does not work; the button that enables the sync can be pushed into the on position, but it will not stay on if you navigate away from that screen. The minute you remove a PC from Azure AD, the "Sync your settings" feature works fine (when using a Microsoft account (non-Azure AD joined machine).  Correction: This problem only occurs on Azure AD joined profiles on the Windows 10 Pro machine.  If on the same machine you use a local account and instead join it to a Microsoft account (non-Azure account) the "sync your settings" button works fine.

To restate the issue, on any (of our) Azure Active Directory joined PCs, our Office365 users can login to those machines, but when they are logged into those machines the "Sync your settings" button will not stay on.  You can turn it on, but when you leave that screen and come back to it (where the sync button is), those setting will not "stick" or stay on.  This problem occurs on both Azure Active Directory users and Premium Active Directory users; it makes no difference which.

Does anyone know when this feature will be working properly?  I was told recently by someone in Azure support that this would eventually be fixed, but no timeline was given as to when.

My case number given to me by the Azure support person was [REG:116020113653499].

Note: This issue was posted in another Microsoft forum.  The Microsoft engineer who was moderating that post provided the link to this forum and said that we "post your query on theTechNet Forum which would be better suited for the issue."  So that is why this is being posted here.  Many of us in the community that are having this problem would really appreciate an answer on this issue.

I'm posting this link as a reference.
