Cloud Services - intermittent state of “Busy (Starting role... System is initializing)”

Hello,

Our Cloud Services continue going into a state of “Busy (Starting role... System is initializing)”.  This is causing major issues with our system, and causing the websites we provide to our clients to become unavailable.

In my research, I’ve discovered that this may be a carry over issue from the “Azure initiated maintenance action” on Monday that caused our system to go down for a short time.

Any ideas on what's causing this?
