Event Hubs Authorization Rule Through Portal

I'm attempting to set up a system of automatically managing authorization tokens in my app which uses Azure Event Hubs.

I've managed to create an app registration, generate an app key, and used those two along with the tenantId to create a token to access the management API.

However, I can't figure out how to generate the last URI segment for accessing the API; the event hub authorizationRuleName. Ideally this is created once and always reused so I don't need to generate it programmatically, just once through the portal. How do I do this?

There's very little documentation on authorizationRuleName. When I search I can only find cli and rest commands for generating or updating an authorization rule. Seems like either this is just a bad renaming of something already available in the portal or we're supposed to only generate these through rest or cli commands.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
