Azure Resource Group Management

Hi Frenz,

            Currently we have 50+ Subscription in our infra, which we like to reduce by creating Resource Groups.

            So example any requirement comes from New Team, I will create a new Resource Group for end-user instead of New Subscription, is it technically feasible?

            Can I manage the Access and Cost for Resource group which i do the similar way for Subscription. Please help.
