Portal lets you create a "Generic Purpose" storage account in Premium performance tier (invalid combination)

I want to report a bug. The Azure portal seems to allow the creation of General Purpose storage accounts with Premium performance tier. There is no warning or error when this combination is selected. Moreover, the tooltips for the Account Kind and Performance tier do not mention that the "generic purpose" storage account created this way in fact only supports blob storage.
