How to change the resource groups??

Hi All,

Presently my websites running on one of my Azure Resource Groups. But i need to move all those websites into newly created Azure Resource Group. I followed these steps

You can move a VM and it's associated resources to another resource group using the portal.

1. Open the Azure portal.
2. Click Browse> Resource groups and select the resource group that contains the VM.

3. In the Resource group blade, select Move from the menu.

But i am getting error as follows

"We're having problems communicating with the server. Click to contact Azure Support." , How can i change the resource groups? At present the new resource group is empty.
