Azure AD Connect not Syncing!

I configured and run Azure AD Connect ver. 1.1.281.0

Synced almost 4000 account to AzureAD. Then I faced problem distributing different licenses to different users.

So I deleted the users from AzureAD permanently expect the global administrator users, during the run of the powershell job of deletion I stoped the syncing with this command (Set-MsolDirSyncEnabled–EnableDirSync$false), It took almost 5 hours to finish the disabling job.

I started new AzureAD Connect job with specific OU (27 users), at the end of the wizard it showsstarting the syncsuccessfully.

Now it is 12 hours since to job get started, and no user got synced to AzureAD! Office 365, Admin Center, Health, Directory Sync Status, Directory sync enabled true, Password sync enabled true.

Any suggestions to solve this problem and sync the users to AzureAD ?
