remove 'Local Active Directory' users...

I want the directory sync to sync up the external domain users, and not include the <server(domain)>.local accounts...

(So.. the 'Local Active Directory' users - don't want 'em.  They cause a major problem when sharing in OneDrive for Biz, as it's really hard to work out which user is <domain>.local and which is <external domain>.co.nz - the latter is the only user, of course, that I want showing).  Effectively, I have a whole bunch of duplicates.
