Hi all,
I'm 2 weeks in to evaluating Azure for a client of mine. There's still over $150 left of my $200 credit. I'm using a brand new live.com login for the evaluation. I haven't set up much of substance on the account. There is no custom software running.
This morning, 9/21/2016, 7:30 AM PDT, when trying to log in to the portal, I received the message "Your account has been temporarily suspended". It suggested that I violated the service agreement. It offered to send me a code on my phone to unlock the account. When I followed through with that, it responded "Service unavailable. Please try again later."
I haven't paid for support since I'm still just evaluating.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?
