How to manage Enterprise subscription login details

Hi there

We are hosting few of our customers in Azure.

We manage different accounts under the Azure Enterprise account. We have a subscription for each customer, at the moment we use excel which isn't good.

There are 2 questions

1) Is there an efficient way to manage the subscription login details [Username / Password]

2) Any way to manage the VM login details?
