Cloud Service with VMs under differnet regions

I want to setup an environment where I can have multiple VMs under the same cloud service. However the condition here is , I want VMs to be in different geographical regions.

For example, I have created first VM (Cloud Service) in East US Region. Named it CONTROLLER

Now, under the same cloud service, I created another VM with Name USAGENT1.

Now, I want to create another VM under the same cloud service but region as North Europe. Is that possible?

If it is not possible, is it possible to establish connection between multiple cloud services?
