Add-AzureRmAccount cmdlet launches browser popup without form controls (blank)

Hi,

This has just started happening. On two machines, including one where it was working less than a month ago, when using the Add-AzureRmAccount cmdlet, it launches a browser window. In the browser window, I can first type in my username (which is a Microsoft Account, not Azure AD). It redirects to the Microsoft Account sign-in page, but that page is missing all form controls (labels, text boxes, buttons).

I've tried just typing thinking it was maybe a visual issue only, but I haven't gotten past it yet. When I use the Tab key and then press Enter, it redirects me to the My Account page. So there must be a hyperlink unseen somewhere that is triggered by the Enter key.

This is on Windows 10.

This is NOT happening when calling the same cmdlet from the PowerShell ISE - the same browser popup appears but the login controls are present.

See attached screen shot for a visual.
