On November 18, 2013 i decided to try out the azure free trial. This morning i work up to find that my services were cancelled. I did some research and think that my compute hours are past 720 hours. Although the computer says that my hours are past 720 that is not true. I had a small Virtual Server for 4 days on. That should be no more than 150 hours tops. When i go to my portal i get the url: https://manage.windowsazure.com/Error/NotRiskVerified. It asks me to verify my account?? Okay, that's one problem, my second problem is when i checked my credit card if i were charged it said i was charged $1.45 as aPending Card Transaction at MSFT *AZURE . I was under the impression this was a risk free trial. I know some websites require you to do a small fee until your services are over where they reimburse you with your money back, is that so in this case?
What can i do or what should be done to fix these problems? It does not allow me to access anything from my portal so i can't see what servers are up or what my compute hours are....? i'm not sure what to do.
