Unable to access Resource Group in Assigned User.

Hi,

I have a Resource Group called "MarkdResourceGroup" on my account "mike@cannstudios.com".

I have added another User to that group as an owner "brandom@markd.co".

I have then logged into the portal as "brandon@markd.co" in incognito mode (clean cache) expecting to see the Resource Group showing up but it doesnt.

Is there a reason for that?
