Access Azure Active Directory Portal.azure.com

Greetings,

I am not sure if there is someone else who have the same problem or have a workaround.

We have a Azure server and would like to install Azure Active Directory Premium to configure Dropbox For Business SSO, But we are not able to access/find Active Directory in portal.azure.com.

if we try the "old" portal manage.windowsazure.com we are getting error messsage, "No Subscriptions found"
even though we have it.

We also tried to access azure AD through Portal.office.com/administration center but they want us to Sign up again.

I apperciate any help!
