We have a BizSpark provided Azure subscription. The person that is defined as the Azure subscription Administrator installed the Azure IoT suite. The application was installed in the North Europe. The Azure IoT suite seemed to install correctly and there are several simulated devices sending in data that can be seen on the Azure IoT suite App web page.
When the person who installed the Azure IoT suite goes to the Dashboard page of the WebApp, the access mode displayed at the top right of the page is Administrator.
The problem is when I go to the Dashboard page, the access mode is displayed as "Implicit ReadOnly". I am defined as a Co-Administrator on our Azure subscription so I expected to also get Admin privileges on the IoT suite Dashboard.
If I look at the list of users for the Azure IoT suite web app, it shows Subscription Admins inherit Owner privileges. Also if I select the "Assigned to subscription Admins" option, I am listed as Co-Admin. The account that actually gets Admin rights on the Web app is listed as "Service Administrator".
How can we get Azure subscription Co-Administrators to be assigned Admin rights on the Azure IoT suite web app? (be able to configure devices)
