Presenting remote desktop session as an app in RemoteApps

Hey all, I've been tasked with somehow making Windows 10 available through RemoteApps.  That is, the enduser gets an icon on his smartphone that he presses and a Windows 10 desktop session opens up.  My Googling hasn't brought about anything; if anyone can pass on any URLs I'll start reading up on how to do this.  Here's what I know so far:

We're using version 1 of RemoteApps and from what I'm told, Windows 10 can't be presented to RemoteApps.  So a Windows Server 2012R2 session needs to be presented instead that contains or looks like Windows 10.  (Does that make sense?)

Actually that's all I know,  I'm fairly new to Azure so any help on how to present remote desktop sessions as an app in RemoteApps would be much appreciated, thanks.
