msoluser not sync with user

Hello,

i have FS/AADSYNC
i have add a second Forest in AADSYNC
i have 2 test user with (in the AD on premise) attribute "company" and "country" set
When i connect to msolservice, get-msoluser show correctly the attribute "country" synced
When i connect to exchange online, get-user not show the attibute "country or region" and not show the attribute "company"

can you help me to troobleshoot that?
