Sorry if this is the wrong area but in my help about it says "Windows Azure Multi-Factor Authentication" so I am starting here with my question.
I have a user who is trying VPN in from home and cannot. I checked the logs and found "Couldn't match supplied username to a defined user" I did some more digging and when I look at his SID under his user profile it is S-1-5-21-620328234-547770354-395223970-12481 but the SID trying to connect is S-1-5-21-620328234-547770354-395223970-14749. Which I am assuming is the issue.
What do I have to do to get his SID to matchup? I found in early troubleshooting that his account was not set to "Enabled" for some reason, I enabled it yesterday but the user still has troubles connecting.
IS this an AD issue?
