how to check if a user is a subscription admin with REST API

Hi,

Azure Management Portal >> click on Subscriptions >> Click on Settings >> click on Users >> click on "Subscription Admins" >> get a list of subscription admins with different role.

If I have a user in the Default Azure AD and i have to check if the the user is a subscription admin(co-admin) using REST API.
Can I get this information.

Or

How can I get the list of subscription admins using REST API.

Kindly suggest.
